Sustainable qualification for China

The core feature of the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development is the inclusion of three dimensions of sustainability: social, environmental and economic.
Through training-measures at all company levels, employees need to be familiarized with these issues and supported in order to integrate them into their work. At the same time, there is a worldwide shift in production technology towards Industry 4.0. In order to guarantee a successful change, the companies need employees who have the appropriate professional qualifications to establish Industry 4.0-relevant solutions and who work in the company over the long term and thus contribute effectively to further development.

The ProTalent project aims to combine production-related topics of Industry 4.0 and "Smart Manufacturing" with development-relevant aspects such as resource efficiency, environmental protection, occupational safety and corporate social responsibility within the framework of newly developed, holistic and practice-oriented further education programs.

Application-oriented further education modules take place in the field of Industry 4.0 as well as in the fields of corporate social responsibility, environmental protection and occupational safety.
