Empowering Future Leaders: Lisa Simon's Academic Journey in Mobility Systems Engineering and Management

Lisa Simon, a VDI scholarship recipient, is pursuing a Master´s degree in "Mobility Systems Engineering and Management" at HECTOR School of Engineering and Management (KIT).

In an interview with VDI Nachrichten, she appreciates the academic advancement in both engineering and management that the Master´s program offers. With a background in mechatronics and vehicle systems engineering, she currently works as a systems developer for an automotive supplier in Stuttgart. Despite the demands of her job, she finds joy in the high-quality and engaging work of her studies. Lisa appreciates the compact lectures that allow her to effectively balance work and study. She encourages others to take advantage of continuing education and networking opportunities, seeing as essential for professional growth. The combination of technical and management aspects in the curriculum aligns well with her goals to apply this knowledge in her current and future roles.
